The article highlights the main provisions that are key to understanding terms "conditions" and "pedagogical conditions". Pedagogical conditions for formation of professional competence future pharmacy specialists in process studying chemical disciplines by means innovative technologies based on a survey teachers pharmaceutical colleges, graduate students, workers, distinguished justified.
 contains results analysis responses students regarding their motivation study chemistry college, collected through an anonymous survey. It was found positive is facilitated both external internal motives, which interconnected mutually determined. has been proven motivational sphere leading importance specialist. role preparation implementation professionally oriented scientific methodical support training college highlighted. concepts "professional focus education" graduate" distinguished. established such as project, problem, case-study, information communication, gaming relevant, promising, integrative, student-centered, contribute awareness need knowledge work towards specialists. introduce extracurricular into practice vocational higher education institutions: socially oriented.
